Ralf Matthaes has worked and lived in Vietnam for over 23 years, and is famous in the field of market research. In 1996, Ralf established TNS Vietnam, followed up by Kantar Media & Worldpanel, TNS Cambodia & Myanmar, and ran the South Asia region for TNS until 2014.
After 20 years of corporate life, Ralf established Infocus Mekong Research, Vietnam’s first dedicated smartphone based research agency. Infocus focuses on Smartphone data collection, specialized custom research and integrated strategic research.
Ralf holds an honors degree from Wilfred Laurier University, Canada and serves as Vice president of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

Quynh Huong Nguyen is the Managing Director of Nielsen Vietnam, the global and Vietnam leader in market research. Quynh joined Nielsen Vietnam 11 years ago and has obtained a broad and deep knowledge of the FMCG sector as well as intensive experience dealing with leading retailers in Vietnam. She is well respected within the industry, and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor who brings valuable contribution to their business growth in the market place.Quynh was recognized as one of Nielsen Regional’s Top 30 Talents in 2015 and won the Global Best Strategy recognition award for Vietnam in 2014-2015. This proven track record has made Quynh become the first Vietnamese Managing Director of Nielsen Vietnam.
Quynh has a Master of Business Administration at CFVG (European Excellence in Management Education). Prior to Nielsen Vietnam, Quynh worked at Samsung Vina Electronics and was in charge of all Marketing and Trade in the North of Vietnam.

Phil Worthington is the Managing Director of Millward Brown Vietnam, responsible for overseeing the expansion of the Millward Brown brand in Vietnam. He is one of the most experienced authorities on the development of brands in Vietnam, having worked in the market research industry here since 1994. His particular area of focus is on understanding brands and their communications impact.
Interspersed with his time in Vietnam, Phil has also worked for market research companies in Myanmar (1997), the UK (1999-2001) and Thailand (2004-2007) and has a keen understanding of marketing in Southeast Asia. He is a key speaker at brand and marketing events in Vietnam and overseas
